The head of the “Lebanese Forces” party, Samir Geagea, announced the comprehensive partisan mobilization for the electoral battle, in a meeting with party cadres within the framework of the “Central Council” in the “Forces” party, where he called for the launch not only of the party’s electoral machine, but the transformation of all Party bodies from coordinators, departments, agencies, and offices to an electoral machine mobilized in favor of the electoral process, as it is the only means that carries with it the passage to national salvation.
“This battle is a battle to save Lebanon from an attempt to change its identity and history, and it is also a battle of the Lebanese to get rid of the dire reality that the “Hezbollah” and “Free Patriotic Movement” and those associated with them have brought them to,” Geagea said, adding that “the chances of success are very great because of the great shift in the mood of public opinion, which sensed the danger of the existence of an authority that only cares about its own interests.”
Geagea called on “people to bear responsibility in this battle, otherwise, we will remain in the hell that we live in today, if not worse.”
“The chances of disrupting the elections are difficult, and we will face any attempt of this kind,” Geagea said, adding that “things have been put on the right track, especially as the eyes of the entire world are on these elections,” and that “the Lebanese army, along with other security forces, is capable of guaranteeing the electoral process in the best possible way.”
